Project Overview
The New Kansa development is the result of a commitment to provide Fort Leavenworth military families with quality, modern housing. The project involves the complete demolition of the 48 existing Upper Kansa townhomes and the construction of 48 brand-new, two-story townhomes in their place.
Each new home features more than 2,000 square feet of living space and includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private fenced-in back yard with porch, a rear patio, dedicated storage, and all the amenities of a modern family home.
New Kansa will be situated in the heart of Fort Leavenworth, walking distance to the Child Development Center, Hancock Pool, and the Frontier Heritage Community Center.
