About the Project
A modern, purpose-built community for the families of Fort Leavenworth
Project Overview
The New Kansa development is the result of a commitment to provide Fort Leavenworth military families with quality, modern housing. The project involves the complete demolition of the 48 existing Upper Kansa townhomes and the construction of 48 brand-new, two-story townhomes in their place.
Each new home features more than 2,000 square feet of living space and includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private fenced-in back yard with porch, a rear patio, dedicated storage, and all the amenities of a modern family home.
New Kansa will be situated in the heart of Fort Leavenworth, walking distance to the Child Development Center, Hancock Pool, and the Frontier Heritage Community Center.
Location
New Kansa is situated at a prime location on the Fort Leavenworth installation, at the intersection of Walker Avenue and Hancock Avenue.
